Based on such realistic conditions, the state adopted the macro regulation and control mode and put forward the concept of "new normal economy". Small and medium-sized enterprises seek to go public, expand their scale through capital operation and seize market share. In the new normal background, this paper selects the appliance industry listed companies as the main target and lists company's internal control quality as a starting point, focusing on how the internal control effect and reduce the cost of equity capital through the empirical analysis.
