Humanistic foundations of social education of juvenile offenders in educational and legal field of Ukraine

On the basis of analysis of scientific works of domestic researchers it is considered the concept of humanization of educational and legal mechanism for the settlement of juvenile delinquency in Ukraine. It is described the philosophical approaches to the principle of humanism in the branch of knowledge «law» and «education». It is defined the tasks of criminal law in relation to provision and realization of social education of juvenile offenders, the social functions of law and regulations in the educational framework of the country. There is the penitentiary system for juvenile offenders, which define the pedagogical level of implementation of punishment and the measure of social justice, based on a humane approach to addressing minor prosecuted.
