Organizational and technical specifics of conducting the All-Ukrainian library «Biographical Rating»

The introduction of new technologies into biographical activity, its digitalization, innovative support and implementation of cultural and artistic projects, popularization of biographical publications in Ukraine, restoration of the communication component between the reader, library, author, publisher are considered as priority tasks of justifying the All-Ukrainian library “Biographical rating”. In the process of forming the theoretical and methodological foundations, international awards and prizes in the field of literature of various levels of education (world, national, local, personal) were investigated. Organizational and technical characteristics of the Rating were analyzed, the main stages of its implementation and conduction (preparatory-communicational, system-technical, event-related, final) were traced. The general indicators for measuring the effectiveness of the project for each of its participants were defined. The formation of a corresponding system of measures will contribute to the development of a virtual community of research scientists within the framework of the “Ukrainian Biographical Society” and should become a valuable source for filling the Ukrainian National Biographical Archive.
