The article observes the copy of Chwała krzyża by Ignacy from St. Mary of the Angels, published in 1758, from the fund of Old and rare books department of Vernadsky National library of Ukraine. The composition of the edition is briefly described. According to the content of the edition and additional bibliographic sources, the author of the anonymous published edition and its date-line (Lviv, printing-house of Ivan Fylypowych) are defined. The peculiarities of edition art decoration are described. The distinctive features of this exact copy are analyzed. The twelve leaves with chalcographies of prominent Augsburg engravers - brothers Joseph and Johann Klaubers, inserted to the copy, are described. Titles of the gravures in consequence compose a textof one of Marian antiphones, so called ‘final’. By this way the gravures form series Salve Regina (Hail Holy Queen). The information on inscriptions that are located on additional leaves, inserted to the copy, is given. The brief content of the inscriptions is displayed. These are deed of gift by Karolina Lacroix nee countess Rzewuska to her brother Adam Rzewuski; information on children born in Adam Rzewuski family; texts of Psalms, translated by their father Adam Laurence Rzewuski. The conclusion is made that the copy enables to complement bibliographic data of the main catalogue of Ukrainian old-printed books - Pamiatky knyzhkovoho mystetstva: kataloh starodrukiv, vydanykh na Ukraini by Ya. Zapasko and Ya. Isaievych. The copy became the place of preservation of quite rare collection of gravures by prominent Augsburg engravers - brothers Klauberg. It is valuable genealogic source to the history of Rzewuski family, as well as archeographic source to the history of Polish literature. In general analyzed copy is extraordinary example of book monument from the point of view of book culture of 18-19 century.
