Abstract

Pubertal development occurring before the age of 8 years in girls considered as precocious . It may be gonodotrophin dependant ( true or central precocious puberty (CPP)) or gonodotrophin independent (peripheral or pseudo precocious puberty) . 90 percentage cases of Central precocious puberty in girls are idiopathic-diagnosis made by exclusion . Here we present an interesting case of idiopathic Central precocious Puberty
