Abstract
The article investigates the characteristics of procedural offences as generalizing category that includes the criminal procedural, civil procedural and arbitration procedural violations. The authors come from a narrow understanding of procedural violations, which are defined not every violation of the legal process. Particular attention is given to magnetization process of delivered offenses of abuse of rights.
