The dynamics of the legal positions of the Constitutional Court of Russia on the issue of the legitimacy of the subject (horizontal) hierarchy of statute law

The article is devoted to approaches of the Constitutional Court of Russia to the application of the concept of the subject (horizontal) hierarchy of laws. The article concludes that the Constitutional Court of Russia has formulated three contradictory positions about the possibility establishing the priority of codified acts above others acts of the legislation.
