Abstract
Switching to a two-tiered training learning has established a number of problematic issues. The author makes proposals on the application of new teaching methods. Activization of the teaching staff is needed for their implementation. The necessity of standardization of the minimum content of the methodological support of the master’s programs is substantiated.
