Legal bases of spiritual and moral and cultural education in Russia

In the scientific article the questions connected with legal support and legal regulation of spiritual and moral and cultural education in Russia are investigated. In particular, it is noted that the state guarantees equal rights and freedoms of the person and citizen irrespective of a floor, race, a nationality, language, an origin, property and official capacity, a residence, the relation to religion, belief, belonging to public associations, and also other circumstances. Much attention is paid to the analysis of provisions of the international conventions and contracts in the field of human rights. It is specified that have the right to include in the part of the main educational programs formed by participants of educational process, subjects, courses, disciplines (modules) providing religious education (a religious component) as well the private educational organizations
