SOCIO-CULTURAL MATRIX CODING OF POLITICAL AND LEGAL PROCESSES

The article is subjected to a comprehensive review sociocultural foundations of the state-legal development, discusses the traditions and innovations in the study of the latter, as well as formulated and argued the author´s theoretical and methodological program for the reconstruction of data bases. The authors argued that the socio-cultural foundations of concrete historical legitimize the operation of public power institutions and their further transformation through the formation of a special socio-political state of society — political metanarratsiyu. It is shown that socio-cultural foundation is always associated with the dominant socio-political and legal thinking activity of society, its possibilities and limits, are a set of trends and vectors of public power transformation.
