Technology development of motor functions of the left hand in right-handed female volleyball players 10-11 years

The article describes the characteristics of functional asymmetry and highlights its features and significance when building a process of sports training. Analysis of the scientific literature has shown that functional asymmetry must be taken into account when choosing a technique for teaching technical actions with the corresponding predominance of tasks for a particular system of perception of information. A technology has been developed for the optimal development of the motor functions of female volleyball players aged 10-11.
