Development of system of an estimation of efficiency of activity of local governments

The article deals with the features of local self-government. The task of assessing the effectiveness of their activities on the part of society in General and government agencies in particular is of a high degree of relevance. The author comes to the conclusion that despite the serious study by the government, this system of assessing the effectiveness of local government has considerable potential for its optimization in the direction of building a comprehensive mechanism for obtaining quality feedback from the population of municipalities.
