THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL FACTORS UPON TEACHING PRODUCTIVITY IN PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES IN ERBIL

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of organizational factors upon the teaching productivity in private universities of Erbil. A well-structured questionnaire was designed with 21 questions and delivered it to the faculty members in private universities (n = 53). The researcher used the one way ANOVA, descriptive analysis to identify the productivity effects on teaching productivity of the faculty members. There is a significant difference in Planning with comparing to the other two dimensions. The results show that the three dimensions in the study are satisfied by the faculty members
