ON PREVALENCE OF TOBACCO SMOKING AND ALCOHOL ABUSE AMONG SENIOR STUDENTS OF MEDICAL UNIVERSITY

The article is devoted to studying the prevalence of tobacco smoking and alcohol abuse among stu- dents of the fifth year of medical university by means of the anonymous questionnaire. The research results give evidence of the need to reinforce the primary prophylaxis for educational institutions for preventing tobacco smoking and alcohol abuse involvement at freshman classes. The specified method of investigation could be used for the appraisal of the initiated preventive measures efficiency.
