EVOLUTION OF REQUIREMENTS APPLICABLE TO THE EXPERT IN THE LABOUR MARKET IN THE COURSE OF SOCIAL PROGRESS

The evolution of requirements applicable to the expert in the labor market at traditional, industrial and post-industrial stages of development of society is considered in the article. The fundamentals of each of the specified stages of social development are analyzed. The main features, which the carrier of human resource has to possess, are noted. The main problems of the labor relations at the present stage are defined and some ways of solving the specified problems are suggested. A detailed image of the modern expert who acts within information society, defined by requirements of the application of the latest technologies is developed. Ways of modernization of actual training personnel are revealed, the new requirements applicable to higher educational institutions are defined.
