THE NEEDS ANALYSIS OF ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE ENTERPRISE

The main subject of this work is search, comparison and adaptation of methods and models of organ- izational development of the enterprise. In the course of work, some problems of object including so-called, human factor, and also a difference in approaches and criteria of hiring were defined. The goal of the work is to increase level of the organization of work and improve the use of manpower. Results of this work are the checked and advanced methods and models of organizational development of the enterprise, improvement of management, planning and production organization, and research works.
