THE PROBLEM OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY

The relevance of the matrimonial relations in the Republic of Tajikistan as, the number of divorces incriases every year in the country is considered in the article. The value of family in social life is noted and marriage and family problems from the point of view of Islam based on Islam sources ? ayats of the Sacred Koran and counsels (хадисов) of the prophet (c) are investigated. Marriage protects couple against immoral actions and promotes moral development. The author appeals the members of society to follow ethical requirements of Islam to keep and improve the family state as the majority of the population of the country are Muslims.
