Abstract

The livability of urban deteriorated texture refers to a set of evaluations that are used to improve the status quo of the problematic textures, of the city and its results can promote the quality of the texture and can topically transform the new life into a texture and provide an economical, social, environmental and physical structure for life. The present study was carried out using a multi-criteria decision-making technique called VIKOR, with the aim of evaluating the livability of urban deteriorated texture of areas one, two and three from the district of a municipality of Qazvin. To this end, by documentary study, all the factors involved in the livability of deteriorated texture at the district level were analyzed and utilized by the personal opinions of the components in five dimensions (economic, social, service and infrastructure, physical and biological), and for analyzing the information obtained from the Shannon entropy techniques, the VIKOR and the ArcGis software. The results show that in the economic, social, service and infrastructure of urban, cultural and spatial environment, in the environmental dimension, respectively, the areas of two, three, one, three, and three are at a high level of viability and have been in a relatively favorable position. In general, the findings of the research indicate that the area 3 is relatively desirable in terms of the livability of deteriorated texture, and this position indicates a close relationship with the social, physical, spatial and environmental conditions of this area.
