Administrative and principles for protection of HIV/AIDS lives

The article is devoted to the study of administrative and legal regulation on combating and protecting the rights of people living with HIV / AIDS, and based on the received information, formulated conclusions and proposals aimed at improving the health legislation in the field of HIV prevention and spread. , AIDS aimed primarily at protecting the rights of citizens, both ill and healthy. The legislation that acts in Ukraine in the field of preventing the spread of HIV infection is analyzed and the level of effectiveness of legal acts protecting this group of society is determined and the necessity of reforming this field, introduction of international experience and its harmonization with the national reality is made.
