Abstract

The article proposes methods and devices for determining the coefficients of stiffness and viscous resistance to deformation of the components of a manual vibratory shock shaker of fruits to solve a system of differential equations that describe the shaking process and justify the basic parameters and modes of shaker. For fruit and nut harvesting, it is proposed to supplement the existing manual vibrating fruit shakers with a percussion mechanism that generates shocks when the shaker rod oscillates. The transition to vibro-shock mode requires a theoretical study of the process of interaction of the shaker with the fruit tree to select the basic parameters. Mathematical models are offered in the form of differential equations of the system “manual vibratory shock shaker – fruit branch”. The data of systems of differential equations are very complex and their solution is possible by numerical methods using computer programs. The developed programs introduce parameters that describe the physical and mechanical properties of elements of the manual vibratory shock shaker. The proposed methods allow determining the coefficients of stiffness and viscous resistance to deformation of the components of the manual vibratory shock shaker.
