Abstract

The way to achieve human harmony is to perform regular physical exercises. It is proved that regular physical training, which is rationally included in the work and rest regime, contributes not only to health promo- tion, but also significantly increases the efficiency of production activities. However, not all motor actions per- formed in everyday life and work are physical exercises. They can only be movements that are specially selected to affect various organs and systems, develop physical qualities, and correct body defects. There is no doubt that physical exercise will have a positive impact if certain rules are followed during classes. It is necessary to moni- tor the state of health – this is necessary in order not to harm yourself when performing exercises
