Abstract
The article is descriptive in nature. The legal basis for providing paid medical services is considered. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the activities of doctors and medical organizations. The rights and ob- ligations of the patient and medical worker are analyzed. In particular, the quality of services provided is evalu- ated. The article examines the legal field in which the study of the law N 323-FZ (article 84 " Payment for medi- cal services») "On the protection of citizens ' health in the Russian Federation" and other articles of normative legal acts regulating the activities of doctors and medical organizations
