FEATURES OF BEHAVIOR OF MODERN TEENAGERS IN CONFLICT

The article analyzes the relationship between the "Self-concept" and the choice of a strategy of behav- ior in conflict by teenagers of high school age, and lists the characteristics of each style of conflict behavior. Contradictions that affect the causes of conflicts, including the nature of their occurrence among students, are highlighted. We also present the results of an empirical study obtained using the Thomas-Kilmann method, which allows us to identify the leading strategy of behavior in conflict
