Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the features of using a personalized approach in the prevention of autoaggressive behavior of adolescents. The article reveals the meaning of the term «personalized» from the standpoint of an existential-analytical approach in psychology. According to the existential-analytical theory of personality, the personal is defined in the context of the experience of self-worth, the inner sense of affirmation of oneself in the World through the implementation of specific actions related to one's own personality. The article considers the age stages of personal development with an emphasis on adolescence, which is the most important stage in life for the formation of personal behavior and personal position. Autoagressive teenagers are defined in the context of violation of personality, anpersonality behavior. The goal of personalized prevention is defined-the formation of internal supports of the individual, including the ability to relate to their own values, attitudes, feelings, take a personal position, make personal actions. The necessary conditions for prevention are described: personal dialogue with an adult, orientation to unique personal qualities and life history of a particular teenager. Specialized methods of psychodiagnostic work aimed at studying the existential experiences of a teenager are listed. Methods of psychocorrec tion work with autoaggressive adolescents based on a personalized approach are given: a method for forming a positive existential position of the individual, a method for value-semantic analysis of a problem situation, methods for developing self-sensitivity, and a method for personal existential analysis. A method for evaluating the effectiveness of personalized prevention of autoagressive behavior is indicated, including both indicators of reduction of autoagressive behavior, and an increase in the indicator of the integral level of existence, which reflects the experience of adolescents' life as «good», filled, with goals and meanings. Data on the effective use of the model of personalized prevention of autoaggressive behavior of adolescents are presented: reduction of the frequency and severity of acts of self-harm (58% of adolescents), the disappearance of symptoms of self-harm (23%). The conclusion is made about the effectiveness of the personalized approach in the prevention of autoaggressive behavior of adolescents. The results of the study can be used in preventive work with adolescents with signs of autoaggressive behavior in secondary schools.
