Abstract

The relevance of this study is that the reluctance to have children is currently multidisciplinary. The lack of information in psychological sources raises many questions regarding this phenomenon and work with it. The article is devoted to the study of motivational-value attitudes in people with a position of «childfree» in adolescence. Methods of studying attitudes and values that influence the formation of a childfree position are described: conversation, psycho-diagnostic techniques. As the results of the study, the authors provide objective data of statistical processing. As a result of the study, it was found that in people with a childfree position in adolescence, there is a tendency to psychological safety (p=0.039, p=0.052). People with a position of «childfree» in adolescence have a desire to be independent and independent («Personal growth») (p=0.041, p=0.039, p=0.033). On the basis of objective analysis methods, the authors formulate conclusions that are consistent with the goals, objectives and the research problem posed: people with a «childfree» position have a desire for psychological safety, a desire to be independent and independent.
