Prospects of realization of new of informatively-communication technologies are in higher education

The article is sanctified to application of informatively- communication technologies (ICТ) in higher education. Basic directions of introduction of new ICТ are presented within the framework of conception of "new pedagogic" of UNESCO. The levels of the international system of classification of education and alternative models of receipt of education are described. Possibility is considered by means of cloudy technologies with minimum expenses to give educational services over the Internet. Possibilities of these technologies and levels are described in cloudy calculations. Advantages of the use of cloudy technologies, and also problems of their use, are marked.
