Analysis of age-related dynamics of the frequencies of alleles and genotypes by the 192Q / R polymorphism of the PON1 gene

For the first time in representative elections, the general population frequencies of alleles and genotypes were obtained for the polymorphic variant 192Q / R of the PON1 gene in two age groups. A frequency analysis of the genotypes and alleles for the 192Q / R polymorphism of the PON1 gene in the general sample of individuals aged 76-104 revealed three possible genotypes — Gln * / Gln *, Gln * / Arg *, Arg * / Arg *. Frequency analysis of genotypes and alleles in the general sample revealed that the homozygous genotype Gln * / Gln * occurs at a frequency of 39.14%, Gln * / Arg * heterozygous genotype — 47.82%, the homozygous genotype * Arg / Arg * — 13.04 % The frequencies obtained are close to European populations.
