Problems of the implementation of bank operations with plastic cards

The article analyzes the current problems of the bank card market in Russia. Particular attention is paid to the influence of the functioning factor of the remote banking system on plastic card fraud. The statistics of FinCert, a special structural unit of the Bank of Russia responsible for monitoring and preventing computer attacks in the financial and credit sector, are analyzed.
