Institute of insolvency (bankruptcy) as a legal mean of ensuring the economic activity of natural monopolies

In an unstable market economy, the state is bound to take additional measures aimed at ensuring the activities of business entities. First of all, this concerns the entities which form the basis of the economic and political security of our state. Appropriate measures form a special legal mechanism in which the legislation on insolvency (bankruptcy) occupies a special place: subjects of natural monopolies are a special category of debtors of special legal regulation, the most important aspects of which are considered in this article.
