Abstract

The article describes the characteristics of the strategic approach to the personnel management of the enterprise. The main directions of the formation of the strategic personnel management system of the enterprise are given. The system of indicators of competitiveness of the strategic personnel management system of the enterprise is determined and the requirements for them are established. It is proved that increasing the efficiency of the enterprise is the basis of strategic potential, which affects its competitiveness and determines the direction of further development. It was established that certification of personnel on the basis of competency requirements models is necessary for the successful operation of the enterprise. The mechanism of personnel management of industrial enterprises in the conditions of innovative development is proposed. The implementation of the mechanism is aimed at increasing the competitiveness of enterprises through the intensification of innovative activities based on effective personnel management.
