Leadership Evaluation and Human Resource Management Analysis: A Case Study of BP

This paper includes two parts: the first part is leadership assessment and the second part is human resource management (HRM) analysis. Both parts are based on the case study of British Petroleum Group (BP) in the UK. This study is highly valuable for scholars and business students to have a comprehensive view of BP management issues.
