Abstract

This article will discuss current issues and legal regulation of the Audit of the pension Fund of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the audit is to understand the real state of Affairs in the pension Fund in order to further optimize its operation. The audit is conducted in order to assess the financial position of the Fund, its information system, recommendations for optimizing the legislative field and administrative expenses
