THE APPLICATION OF HO CHI MINH’S THOUGHTS ON PROMOTING THE MASS MOBILIZATION WORK OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY OF VIETNAM CURRENTLY

The ideology of mass mobilization is a major and consistent ideology in President Ho Chi Minh's theoretical thinking and his practical revolutionary activities. It has become the guideline to gather forces of the Communist Party of Vietnam through the revolutionary periods. This ideology has contributed to constantly strengthening, consolidating and expanding the great unity bloc of the entire nation, cultivating lifeblood rela- tions between the Party and the people, building a firm “posture of the people's hearts”. Currently facing with the new requirements and tasks, it is necessary for the Party to strengthen and renovate its leadership of the mass mobilization work in accordance with the instructions of President Ho Chi Minh to firmly consolidate the peo- ple's trust in the Party, strengthen the relationship between the Party and the people as well as the great unity bloc of the entire people; bring into play the great strength of the entire people for the cause of building and de- fending the Socialist Vietnam Fatherland
