APPLICATION OF DISTANCE LEARNING AND INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES IN TEACHING RUSSIAN AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE

This article discusses the possibilities of using distance learning and information and communication technologies as an effective means of teaching Russian language arts. Analysis of modern electronic technolo- gies has shown that methodically correct use of ICT tools in teaching RCTS contributes to the accelerated for- mation and development of internal speech, without which neither active external oral speech, nor foreign lan- guage thinking, nor full mastery of Russian speech in written form is possible
