PROMISING AREAS OF THE STATE REGULATION IMPROVEMENT OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY IN CONSTRUCTION

The article considers the issue of determining the promising areas of improving the state regulation of innovation in construction. The purpose of the study is to determine the functions and specify the most important levers of the innovative activity state regulation in construction. The levers of state regulation are characterized in accordance with the studied functions: forecasting and strategic planning, program-target, legislative and normative-legal, administrative-organizational, financial-investment, stimulating, fiscal, monetary, coordination, insurance, control. Objects of state regulation of innovation are identified. The state of implementation of the levers of state regulation of innovation, in particular in construction, was discussed. The analysis of the functions and levers of state regulation of innovation in construction allowed to determine the directions of its priority improvement.
