THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE GLOBAL AND RUSSIAN STARTUP MARKET UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF COVID-19

The growing attention to start-up companies in the twenty-first century is driven by the era of digitalization. It means digital technology is coming to the fore. Thanks to these trends, the start-up market is increasing its growth rate every year. Current economic condi- tions are burdened by the COVID-19 pandemic. The start-up market, like all other industries, is facing significant difficulties in maintaining the same growth rates and is forced to trans- form. The relevance of this study is due to the need to identify new trends in the development of the start-up market, more and less priority branches of venture investment in the context of the economic crisis.
