The article explores the concept and structure of readiness of future social workers for pedagogical interaction in the process of studying professional disciplines as a boundary characteristic of professional qualification, competence of a social sphere specialist; after passing this limit, the graduate of the Educational Institution can systematically increase their professional competencies and deepen their qualifications. The matrix of structuring the readiness of future specialists for professional activity is designed; readiness of future social workers for pedagogical interaction is presented in a set of motivational, cognitive-semantic, operational-activity, reflexive-evaluative components. An important place in this structure is given to the motivation of the student – the future social worker – to different types of interaction with the client and in the professional environment in general, in particular, pedagogical interaction.
The cognitive-semantic component of the readiness of future social work specialists in the sphere for pedagogical interaction reflects the level of knowledge about pedagogical interaction in professional activity, skills and abilities to carry it out in direct professional activity. The essence of the operational component is the presence of special skills and abilities of pedagogical interaction in the practice of social workers. Such skills are developed both in the process of classroom and extracurricular activities of students, as well as in the process of their non-formal education. The reflexive and evaluative component of the readiness of future social workers for pedagogical interaction reflects the state of the student's personality and his focus on understanding the formation of readiness for pedagogical interaction. Adequate self-assessment and reflection of the state of formation of readiness for interaction contributes to the growth of professionalism of future specialists in the social sphere, provides its own self-improvement, using self-analysis, self-regulation, self-control. The conclusion about necessity of construction of author's technology of formation of readiness of future social workers for pedagogical interaction in the course of training in an institution of higher education is formulated.
