Analysis of the development of communicative competence of students while studying in higher medical educational institutions

The study analyzed the communicative competence, which is the basis of professionalization of medical students: tolerance, observation, empathy. The study was conducted on the basis of Kharkiv National Medical University, involved 4th year students of the I Medical Faculty in the amount of 180 people studying in the specialty "Medical Affairs". The results of the study made it possible to state the presence of low indicators of the level of communicative competence, low level of empathy, tolerance and observation, the presence of certain communication barriers, inability to constructively resolve conflicts.
