Abstract
The article portrays aftereffects of a test investigation of effectiveness standards for administrative dynamic styles. It characterizes the expressions "administrative dynamic style" and "proficiency" as applied to the circle of the executives. As it has been required by the hypothetical examination, three gatherings of proficiency measures have been laid out and assembled into three classes of productivity standards of administrative dynamic styles: effectiveness rules for creation, socio-authoritative rules, mental proficiency rules for a director's character; likewise, a hypothetical model of a mental profile for a proficient administrative dynamic style has been created. The investigation of the aftereffects of diagnostics and assessment of center positioning directors' exhibition inside the review test has demonstrated that the recently evolved assessment standards for center positioning chiefs' presentation, just as they chose diagnostics techniques, are satisfactory, and found that administrative dynamic styles have diverse driving thought processes, hazard status, and occupation fulfillment.
