In sum, teacher's performance level using the academic professional standards such as competency, professionalism, efficiency, character discipline, and task output. is described as Very Good The null hypothesis of no significant relationship between the identified profile and performance level of the respondent teachers is Rejected. Lack of Faculty Development Program and Professional Development were only one of those challenges barriers that affect the teachers' performance level.
