DETERMINANTS OF THE COMMUNITY'S ROLE IN SOCIAL, ECONOMIC, AND CULTURAL CHANGES IN PALANGKA RAYA

This paper seeks to explore and discover the role of community leaders in changing society so as to be able to find the role of figures in social, economic, and cultural changes. This is motivated by the rapid development and changes that occur in the regions of Palangka Raya. The role of community leaders is to find a role in giving direction to the process of socialization, inheritance of traditions, beliefs, values, norms and knowledge, uniting community groups, and activating community control and control in order to preserve a better life.
