IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT APPROACH IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

The article considers the main aspects of the project approach in public administration. The research revealed a tendency for a new paradigm of public administration, which will meet the modern needs of society - in the field of public services is an active transformation of the focus from organizational management institutions to service processes. It is proved that the project approach in public administration is able to ensure the integrity and interdependence of achieving the goals set by the state strategy. The study systematizes the main aspects of institutional support for the implementation of public administration reform projects in Ukraine. The analysis showed the level of implementation of international technical assistance projects in Ukraine and their effectiveness.
