THE APPROACH OF SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS REFERENCE AT SOUTHEAST ASIAN PRODUCTION HOUSES

Some business production houses in Indonesia run their business without implementing a good management system. This study aimed to measure supply chain performance with the Supply Chain Operations Reference approach to food production houses using limits on supply chain performance measurement using the Supply Chain Operations Reference approach based on the Level 2 Supply Chain Council framework. The results of the collected data were analyzed by identifying Key Performance Indicators, validating Key Performance Indicators, measuring Key Performance Indicator weighting, and making conclusions and suggestions on work indicators that needed improvement. Performance measurements in food production houses produced 26 Key Performance Indicators in each activity. The approach of the Supply Chain Operations Reference can be used to measure supply chain performance and improve management systems in Small and Medium Enterprises of Jenang production
