Abstract

Interactive Technologies has been found out to effectively improve the teaching and learning process. This descriptive- research determined the pre-service teachers' assessment and challenges met on the use of interactive technology in teaching science for the School Year 2018-2019. The survey design was utilized using a researcher-made questionnaire. Sample of 146 pre-service science teachers enrolled at Southern Luzon State University-Judge Guillermo Eleazar Campus were purposively selected using total enumeration. The data collected were analyzed using simple descriptive statistics. the respondent's assessment of the use of Interactive Technology was verbally interpreted Much Effective, and there were challenges met by the pre-service teachers on using the Interactive Technology in teaching science. Therefore, it is recommended that the pre-service teachers must be trained first before adopting the use of Interactive Technology as a strategy to enhance the learning levels of students in science, give effort and remediation using the technology for the students and pupils to understand the basic concepts in science
