Entrepreneurial accompaniment as a mechanism to support small and medium enterprises in Algeria"Institutional incubator - Batna incubator model

Small and medium enterprises are an important economic challenge to Algeria because of its vital role in the overall development of the country, which provide methods of production that are less complex, more flexible and suitable to its economy , This requires Algeria to rise up and promote this vital sector, through relying on the supporting and accompanying mechanisms of these Institutions; Entrepreneurial supporting bodies and accompanying small and medium enterprises are considered as one of the most important bodies that promote economic development through its contribution to support the movement of the establishment of economic institutions in various sectors, Business incubators are one of the important mechanisms that have proved useful in accompanying, supporting and developing small and medium enterprises, therefore, we aim through this study to shed light on the role of business incubators in upgrading projects, by focusing on the importance of Batna business incubator's contribution in accompanying the small and medium enterprises and its role in providing support to these institutions. The study found that Batna business incubator's contributed significantly to providing many services to university graduates and young entrepreneurs.
