Indian IT industry is performing a very crucial role towards the improvement of infrastructure of the country. With the growing pressure of competition mainly because of globalization, the IT companies have been forced to reorient their policies for managing difficulties arising out of extreme competition in the post-liberalization era. In fact, the way in which assets are managed can have a significant influence on earning capability of the sector.
