Abstract

One of the main challenges in organizations is the compatibility between life circle of organization and some of their systems. The studies show that the compatibility between different levels of organizations leads to Unitarianism, synergistic, and finally increases their function. The main goal of recent study is to design a model to assess the compatibility of culture and system of managing the human resources with strategy, structure, and system of decision making based on organizational life circle in Martyr organization and dedicated affairs in Isfahan, Iran. The recent study is a descriptive survey. There are 142 participants from manager's and experts of Martyr organization and dedicated affairs in Isfahan, Iran. The main material used in this study is a questionnaire about organizational culture, managing of human resources, strategic characteristics, and structural characteristics of organizations. Validity and stability of the questionnaire were checked and verified. For data analysis, one sample t-test, ANOVA, and linear regression were used. The results of study show that culture and decision making systems are recognized as an effective area in human resources, structural and strategic characteristics.
