INTERVENTION OF HIGHER MANAGEMENT TO LOWER THE STRESS OF EMPLOYEES OF SCHOOL: A CASE STUDY OF KIDZEE SANDALPUR, PATNA

In today's world, proper and good education is very important for all of us and schhol is the foremost fountain of learning. School is the important part of human life. Thus, in this case study, the stress of the employees of Kidzee Sandalpur Patna has been measured. The following methods were adopted- 1] Primary Data; 2] Secondary data The employees were divided into Five parts – a] Principal b) Middle level staff c) Teachers d) Asst. Teacher e) Helpers The questionnaire was given to all staffs and data was analyzed. It was observed that almost 50% of all the levels of sttafs were stressed. Further, some secondary data was also collected to complete the project using past experiences of ex staffs with interviews and past records. Besides this, there were some suggestions from the staffs that the management should conduct one to one counselling session and give relaxation and facilities to staffs to increase their efficiency and effectiveness
