A STUDY ON EFFECT OF RERA ON REALTY SECTOR WITH REFERENCE TO SELECT REAL ESTATE STOCKS

The present paper is focused on the impact of RERA act in Indian stock market listed reality stocks returns performance. The study mainly measured the listed equity real estate stocks before and after RERA act implementation with the CAAR and observed that after implementation period stocks returns performance is observed to be inferior compared with the before RERA period.
