Abstract
School well-being is well-being framework of schools. School well-being supports schools to form learning and teaching environments that enable student to be healthy, happy, engaged and successful. The healthy school well-being is included three mains areas viz. a. Emotional well-being (positive effect, negative effect, life satisfaction, happiness) b. Psychological well-being (self-acceptance, personal growth, purpose in life, problems solving, autonomy, positive relations with others) and c. Social wellbeing (social acceptance, social actualisation, social contribution, social coherence, social integration). School well-being is important in developing students' competency, resilience and health in order to improve their well-being. The practice of school well-being has contributed to build up the foundation of school environment and life satisfaction of students. School well-being can be shaped through achievement of meaningful goals, positive relationship, personal growth and development, health, safety and satisfaction of students
